Was reluctant to go because of prior ER experiences. I was pleasantly surprised. Relatively, no waiting - front desks take less than 5 minutes to check ID & insurance, confirm my symptoms and assign someone to take me back. Given a gurney, vitals checked and fluid administered right away. Blood tests & radiology followed quickly. My results were promptly reviewed and I was discharged with a prescription. Going was both necessary and a far better experience than expected. I was very well cared for and looked after from the time I got out of the car till I was helped back to my car.

My ER visit was great! An unusual review, right? Nursing, tech and administrative staff were efficient, competent and friendly as well as reassuring and “Dr. Matt” was attentive, professional and warm. Their due diligence left me feeling cared for and confident. Can’t ask for more for a 75 year old with severe chest pain. Thank you all.

I had a very good experience today. Dr. Wu had a wonderful bedside manner and was very pleasant with me. All the nurses were wonderful as always; as well as the transporters to bring me to get my CAT scan. I drove myself there in pain because I didn’t want to go to a local hospital near me. Everybody was attentive to me and I appreciate it.

I was taken into the ED quickly although I did not present urgently. It was efficient and every step was explained. The doctor who treated me was professional, clearly understood and very knowledgeable. These were among the best nurses I have met, as well. Emergency rooms are not fun and are not designed to be comfortable. No one knew that I am a physician and treated me quite respectfully.

I’m please that my daughter gave birth in this hospital, which is a lovely facility with exceptionally professionals and supportive staffs , ensuring my grandson receives top-notch care.The rooms and floors are maticulously maintained and clean , and the valet parking service is courteous.
